How’s our real estate market?

Posted by Deborah London on November 7th, 2008

This continues to be a challenging real estate market. There are many bank-involved properties in the South Bay area, particularly in such cities as Carson, Gardena, Downey, Los Angeles, and Long Beach, just to name a few. For the investor or the Buyer who doesn’t need to sell a property before purchasing another one, this is a time of GREAT OPPORTUNITIES! I have a list of bank-owned (REO) properties NOT YET ON THE MLS. If you have an interest in adding to your real estate portfolio, call me now to learn more!
